These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Supreme Protective Services is a Registered Security Agency under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005 (Gujarat).

1. Services
We provide professional security services including but not limited to:

  • Security Guards
  • Armed Guards / Gunman Services
  • Bodyguard Services
  • CCTV Operators
  • Event Security
  • Corporate & Residential Security
  • Security Supervisors
All services are provided subject to mutually agreed contracts and service agreements.

2. Service Agreement

  • All engagements require a written agreement.
  • Scope of work, manpower deployment, duties, and charges will be defined in the contract.
  • Services will be delivered in accordance with PSARA guidelines and applicable laws.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Ensure safe working conditions
  • Comply with payment terms
  • Cooperate with deployed personnel
4. Payments

  • Fees shall be paid as per agreed contract terms.
  • Delay in payment may result in service suspension.
  • Taxes and statutory charges will be applicable as per law.
5. Limitation of Liability
Supreme Protective Services shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss arising from force majeure events
  • Acts beyond reasonable control
  • Unauthorized instructions given directly to deployed staff
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent specified in the service agreement.

6. Compliance with Law
We operate in accordance with:

  • Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005 (Gujarat)
  • Applicable labour laws
  • Statutory compliance and licensing requirements
7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Supreme Protective Services and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement as per contract terms with written notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gujarat courts.
